Architecture, delivery and development.

Craft Design is a London architectural practice bringing together design, project management, construction and property development. We shape buildings and interiors, coordinate the people delivering them and lead the work on site.

Alongside our client commissions, we develop our own property projects. This gives the practice a perspective that connects design decisions with the practical demands of building.

We coordinate the consultants, contractors and suppliers involved in each project, connecting specialist expertise with a consistent design direction and hands-on involvement.

PRACTICE LEADERSHIP

Led by Armando Elias

Armando brings more than twenty years of design and construction experience in London to the practice, combining architectural direction with a close understanding of how projects are built.

He holds a master’s in Architecture and Urbanism from the Architectural Association’s DRL programme in London. He graduated with honours from the Central University of Venezuela in 2001 and moved to London in 2002.

His international experience spans Foster + Partners, Murphy Jahn, Hamilton, ARUP and Woods Bagot. This background informs the practice’s approach to design, detail and collaboration.
